For over 20 years, I’ve guided individuals and organizations through transformation, blending expertise in change leadership, organizational consulting, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship.After starting my career in a Big 4 in Paris, I led global innovation programs at Standard & Poor’s and Societe Generale CIB in New York City.

As the founder of Kaelon, a coaching and leadership training firm impacting 100,000+ professionals across 50 countries, I lead a multidisciplinary team of entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, elite athletes, artists and former headhunters that creates transformational learning experiences.

I’m also a leadership trainer at High Realities, specializing in sustainable performance and resilience, and teach personal branding, leadership and entrepreneurship at leading European business schools such as ESCP, ESADE, IE, and emlyon. I bring a rich, global perspective shaped by living across the US, France, Spain, Germany, the UK, Chile, and Brazil.

Currently based in Madrid with my partner and daughter, I continue my mission to inspire growth and adaptability in today’s ever-changing world.
